What is the biblical basis for the Church of the Brethren’s peace stance? Is all war sin? What exactly IS a conscientious objector and how do I become one? Come to this historic Peace Retreat and find answers to these questions and others! Meet and talk with persons who have served as conscientious objectors, hear their stories. Workshops with ‘On Earth Peace’ as well as staff from Bethany Theological Seminary will expand your mind and challenge your thinking. Come and experience what it truly means to have ‘Another way of living’!

Retreat Leadership: Enten Eller , Jen Jensen, Lawrence Taylor, On Earth Peace, Shawn Flory Replogle, Sonja Griffith, Steve Ward, and more!!

A Little History: The original Peace Institute was led by Dan West June 24-July 4, 1948. During this time, the youth, with the help of their leaders, built the fireplace in the dining hall along with the bell tower (the bell was vandalized and removed from camp).
